We have kept pricing as simple as possible.
Up to 4 bedroom properties £75.00 plus vat.
5 bed, £85.00 plus vat.
6 bed £95.00 plus vat.
POA for properties with more than 6 bedrooms.
The above prices will cover most housing but we do reserve the right to amend prices from time to time,
or to offer a different price if a property is more complex than normal.
